When support is needed, it is needed immediately. You want a customised solution such as tracking. When a question arises, a request can be made only by login with your personal account. You are in direct contact with our professional service engineers. Within 24 hours you will have a first response. If you have a quick question, or FAQ's list is there to help you around.

When setting up a system level agreement, part of the agreement is a service platform that will allow us to share information between both parties.

Our Service Platform features:

  • a road map and gant widget giving full visibility into the project progress
  • send support requests through dedicated e-mail address
  • see request history
