Junior Automation Marketeer

We are looking for a Junior Automation Marketeer who combines a passion for marketing with a strong affinity for technology and automation. As part of a dynamic 10-person scale-up, you will help build and scale our commercial traction in a niche B2B market by ensuring our scientific content reaches, engages, and converts the right audience.

Working closely with the Director of Sales, Scientific Marketing Specialist, and the sales team, you will play a key role in maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts through smart use of HubSpot, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making. 

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
  • Translate scientific content into structured, multi-step campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
  • Design and implement lead nurturing flows tailored to a complex B2B buying process
  • Own and continuously improve our HubSpot setup (CRM structure, workflows, segmentation, reporting)
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content distribution, personalization, and lead interaction
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Continuously test and improve conversion across the marketing and sales funnel
  • Ensure strong alignment with sales on lead qualification, follow-up, and feedback loops
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data to enable effective targeting and automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in marketing automation and B2B growth marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar tools) is a strong plus
  • Affinity with technology: comfortable working with automation tools, AI tools, and data
  • Analytical and structured, with a focus on execution and improvement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
