In 2024 we introduced our solution to digitize and automate pharmaceutical microbiological quality control: EMMA.

We are looking to hire a product engineer that gets energy from getting things done and wants to be part of a 10-person scale-up bringing true innovation to the pharmaceutical microbiology market. Do you want to contribute to new features that further enrich EMMA and roll them out on a commercial scale ? Join us to make an impact on our business from day 1.

Responsibilities

• Productization of new features (feature implementation, testing & validation)
• Product documentation (technical writing & version control)
• Optimize packaging for shipping
• Work with quality assurance to ensure any quality issues are addressed efficiently in a robust way
• Management of technical documentation for assembly

Qualifications

• You are located within driving distance of our HQ in Sint-Niklaas, BE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A “can-do” mentality
• Analytical skills to quickly analyze and structure large amounts of information
• Able to create and read technical drawings using tools like Solidworks
• Eye for detail, focused on continuous improvement
• Technical background or relevant experience is essential
• Affinity with imaging and pharmaceutical production environments is a plus but not necessary
