What is ACDE?

Microtechnix ACDE is a robotic process automation software that oversees, controls, and integrates a variety of lab operations to save effort and reduce the probability of human error.

Our versatile solution allows you to establish and perform various sets of settings for various lab assays and switch them with just one click.

How does ACDE work?

ACDE manages complex automated reader technology in a simple way. This feature provides reliable and consistent lab readout results.

  • Manages and integrates laboratory equipment. This capability allows you to control equipment such as fully motorized ZEISS microscopes, automatic readers, light sources, robotic sample plate loading tools, and more.
  • Works with high-resolution images of samples. One of the main functionalities of the robot is the acquisition, analysis and classification of high-resolution images of samples such as bacteria.
  • Controls the entire set of acquisition parameters, including camera and illumination settings. This control capability optimizes lab equipment maintenance and saves researchers time.

Reporting

As a result of your work, ACDE will provide you with reports in the desired file format (csv, .xls, .pdf, .mp4 video, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, and Zeiss ZVI).

ACDE reports can be generated with all the necessary specifications to make the research process fast and manageable. Different report options can be selected, such as:

  • A standard report that provides full traceability of what happened to the sample. You will also have the option to customize this report for integration into your LIMS, for example;
  • Calibration report for each run performed.

Benefits of using ACDE

  • Our solution allows “multi-application” (versatility of lab assay that can be read) as ACDE, combined with high end technology (microscope & camera), can manage robustly to switch from 1 complete settings to another with a simple click.

 

For example, you can run an application lab assay that is dealing with 96well plates and blue immunostaining. And with 1 simple click ACDE apply different settings to manage 96well plates with Fluorescence (totally different parameters of the microscope as well as the camera and light source).

  • Another advantage of ACDE is the RGB calibration. This calibration ensures consistency of readings over time, which is critical for users.

 

  • It should be noted that ACDE also includes data integrity, traceability and access management capabilities.
